I just need too know how much is a fair price too charge for a hairless rat? I know they are not very common as they are a little rare, I know alot about normal rats but not the hairless ones, :)How much would youu say is a fair price too charge for hairless rats as they are not common?
That will depend upon where you are and what the demand for hairless rats is in your neighborhood. If you are located where there are hairless breeders, odds are you won't be able to charge too much. If the demand is high and no breeders are around you, you could charge a bit more. I wouldn't go over $12. In my area even though there is only one hairless breeder, she charges an adoption fee of around $7. Two hours from me (I am in NY) another breeder charges an adoption fee of $10. So it's up to you.How much would youu say is a fair price too charge for hairless rats as they are not common?
The pet store near me that sells hairless rats charges $15 for a young rat, $9 for an adult. That seems like a fair price since these rats are not feeders and are a bit healthier. I paid $10 for my regular furry rats.
Pitter Patter Pets in Amarillo charges 1.99 for the just weened up to 8.00 for the full grown. Females are worth more than males. I bet this didn't help you at all.
