go to a place that sells trapping supplies and get some fox urine lure. Go around the outside house and dip a q tip into it and leave it by the foundation. keep your house clean. keep your trash away from where they could get it. make sure there aren't any holes in your house.
have a cat
use mouse traps and poison just in case
