Who should I call to find the dead rats in the attic? We have 18in thick insulation up there.?

The smell is getting bad. We can't see them so they must be UNDER the insulation. Should we call a hazmat team? Animal control? I just don't know. We put poison out a few months ago... and have no idea how many are up there.Who should I call to find the dead rats in the attic? We have 18in thick insulation up there.?

thats exacty why using posion is a bad idea just buy traps next time now you could find a stray cat and lock him in your attic for a day or two lol just kidding the posioned rats wouuld kill the cat i would make the person who told you to put the posion out climb up there and get them out hiring some one probable wont work cuz it is going to be very hard to find a rat especialy with thay much insulation just throw some air fresheners up there a nd burn some sented candles till it goes away
Call a pest control company. HAZMAT is for emergency situations like chemical spills.

Good news is that eventually flies will consume the corpses by laying larve in them. Then the smell is gone.
