Is there a poison that will kill rats and mice but won't harm my cats?

I have a rodent problem and would like to do something about it. Unfortunately I have 2 cats and i worry that a regular poison will hurt them if they eat a poisoned mouse. Is there some type of poison that will kill the rats, but not hurt my cats?Is there a poison that will kill rats and mice but won't harm my cats?
No. But if you have a rodent problem, why not go to the source instead of just poisoning them? They must be getting in someplace. Check your foundation. Or better yet, have a professional critter service check your foundation.





The best cure is prevention. For those still lingering within, find yourself those jaw traps that snap and kill them cleanly, as opposed to a regular mouse trap, which many easily can avoid or get out of.

Any poison will harm the cat. Use traps, and place them next to the wall. Put something over them to prevent a curious nose, or move the couch closer to it.
Poison will hurt the cat to.Don't wait.Move fast.Be brave .You've got a hard job ahead of you.Don't give up and stay on it.
